Register for a Library Card

PLEASE NOTE: By completing this form you will not have access to check out digital materials until you have been assigned a card number by staff.

In completing and submitting this form, you accept responsibility for all materials borrowed on this card and agree to abide by the policies of the Citrus County Library System.

A staff member will contact you within the next 3 business days to finalize the registration of your library card. You will then have the option to have the card mailed or it may be picked up at the branch nearest to you.
